Looking for a runner to pace a 13 year old in his first half marathon on July 12th here in Ann Arbor.

He runs about a 6:30 pace for the 5K, but due to the possible heat, he may have slow for the half - between a 7:30 - 8:00 minute pace.

...and a good time was had by all...

50 runners participated in the Mizuno "Demo" today and ran 2-3 mile loops to and from the store.

Our team-mate, Matt Bourland joined for a "recovery run" after running BOSTON on Monday with a finish time of 2:28! We are all so very proud of Matt.

Kyle won a pair of Mizuno shoes in the raffle at our "demo" run. Congratulations Kyle.
