Tuesdays group workouts are typically hill and track workouts that last for about an hour total. Run Ann Arbor “contracts” Parker Performance to lead the Tuesday night workouts and provide an added value of providing a certified coach each Tuesday night. There is a $5 drop in fee for non-members.
Saturday group runs are short or longer runs with marked courses and water stations. We have runners running distances from 2-miles to 20+ miles, so you can run whatever distance works with your training. At the beginning of the run, runners line up according to their pace. Pace groups are sub-8:00/mile (yellow), 8:00-9:00/mile (red), 9:00-10:00/mile (green), 10:00-11:00/mile (blue), 11:00-12:00/mile (purple), and 12:00+/mile (orange). Coach Gina leads out the Saturday group run and is available before and after the run for experienced coaching questions and advice. There is a $5 drop in fee for non-Run Ann Arbor members.
