Imagine Fitness 8 week Classes

March 12, 2017 to May 4, 2017 for DXA2 “Trainees” ONLY

Choose one or both classes, each $100 and receive the MONDAY class for FREE.
All of these classes take place at IMAGINE FITNESS AND YOGA on Liberty between Maple and Wagner.

Yoga for Runners

$100 for 8 sessions (the training program fee is separate)

Beginning March 12, 2017 through April 30, 2017.
9:00 AM to 10:00

Body Conditioning
Build strength, balance and stability with a Personal Trainer.
$100 for 8 sessions (the training program fee is separate)

Beginning March 16, 2017 through May 4, 2017.
6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

“Practice and Strengthen”
A variety of options on Monday nights, you can either join the cycling group, workout in the gym, try cardio workouts such as the AMT, elliptical machines, rowers, etc. or join in the Tai Chi class.
FREE with purchase of Sunday and/or Thursday classes
